The 7th Edition includes updates to integrate Agile practices, emphasize benefits realization, tailor methodologies to specific projects, and provide enhanced guidance for managing digital transformation projects. It also incorporates case studies to support real-world application.
There are two certification levels:
PRINCE2® is suitable for project managers, team members, or anyone involved in planning, managing, or executing projects who wish to enhance their project management skills and career prospects.
The Practitioner certification is valid for three years. To renew, you can retake the Practitioner exam or log 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) annually.
